hey there! we’re two best friends out on a mission to inspire those around us to get fit and healthy. we aren’t here to encourage eating disorders or anything self-harming. we both have an awkward obsession with warm weather, country music, and criminal minds. this site isn’t meant to be all about weight-loss. it is simply conveying a message on how to keep motivated on your journey to achieve your goals, fitness related and beyond.

we both just finished our first year of college and haven’t had very much time to work! but now that it is summer, we will try our best to make some more :)
