hey there! we’re two best friends out on a mission to inspire those around us to get fit and healthy. we aren’t here to encourage eating disorders or anything self-harming. we both have an awkward obsession with warm weather, country music, and criminal minds. this site isn’t meant to be all about weight-loss. it is simply conveying a message on how to keep motivated on your journey to achieve your goals, fitness related and beyond.

We are very sorry we haven’t been able to update every single day! We are both seniors in high school & have been very busy with everything that comes with graduating, finals, and end of the year things. Submitting quotes to us makes it easier for us to update because then we don’t have to find our own quotes!
